There is an old adage that proclaims, "The family that plays together, stays together". In regards to Gary and Missie Schneider, one could easily include work in that mix. However, when you share a relationship as strong as the Father/Daughter bond that Gary and Missie Schneider share, work ends up seeming a great deal like play at times.

Gary Schneider has been an active resident of Gainesville, Florida since the early 70's when he first enrolled at the University of Florida as a student-athlete on a wrestling scholarship. After graduating from the University, Gary's success on the mat with the Gator Wrestling Team was rewarded as he was hired as the University of Florida wrestling coach. Unfortunately, despite an award winning career as a wrestling coach, the wrestling program at the University of Florida was discontinued and Gary was forced to establish himself in a new profession.
Fortunately for Gainesville, Gary entered the world of reale estate with the tenacity and dedication that once marked his wrestling career. Since that time, Gary has beautified Gainesville's housing landscape by playing instrumental roles in the development of such upscale neighborhoods as Haile Plantation, Hayes Glen, Tomaka Hills, and, most recently, Cheney Walk Estates.
